A nanny in Russia admitted in court Wednesday that she beheaded a 4-year-old girl in her care.
Officials said Gulchekhra Bobokulova, 38, had suffered from mental health problems, according to the BBC. Bobokulova was arrested Monday when she was found carrying the child’s severed head outside of a Moscow train station.
